Musume Presents New Vegan-Sake Dinner October 7th

Musume, contemporary Asian cuisine & world class sushi located in Hall Arts District, announces the launch of a Vegan-Sake Dinner on October 7th at 7PM. Musume, which offers the largest sake selection in all of Texas will be serving a 6-course all Vegan menu paired with Sakes hand selected from Musume’s Sommelier Mychal Trujillo (formerly of FT 33). The guest speaker for the night is US ambassador of Gekkeikan Satoru Ito. This dinner is sure to please seasoned Vegan Veterans as well as pleasantly surprise traditional diners who have not ventured into the Vegan world. The dinner and sake priced at $75 per person will feature food prepared by Musume’s executive chef Ken Lumpkin. The half-Japanese and half-French born chef specializes in exceptional flavors that he was introduced to as a child growing up in Japan and mastered while cooking in Memphis & New Orleans.

Musume offers contemporary Asian cuisine and fabulous sushi in the heart of downtown Dallas. The restaurant specializes in unique flavors that have made Musume a trendy “go to” spot in the Fine Arts District. The unique, artisan crafted menu has a combined focus on sushi and chef driven hot kitchen items that provides something for everyone. Musume, which translates into “Daughter” in Japanese is a creation of Rock Libations Restaurant Group. Musume features the state’s largest premium sake program with over 125 selections including sake on tap. The restaurant hosts a beautiful private dining room that can entertain 50 people. The sleek modern design is by Dana Foley of Gensler and The Old State Agency developed all the branding. Operations are overseen by Josh Babb, formerly of Kenichi-Dallas and Co-founder of Rock Libations.

Open seven days a week: Serving lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30AM to 2PM and dinner starting at 5:30PM.
