Second annual pop culture convention expanding to bring more guests and activities
Saint Paul, MN, March 6, 2018 — Minnesota Fan Fusion (formerly known as Minnesota Fan Fest) will be returning to the Saint Paul Rivercentre this summer. The pop culture event is now three days and will be held August 3-5, 2018.
Attendees can expect to see significant expansions from the event over its inaugural year. The exhibitor hall will be two and a half times larger over the previous year, which allows for a 50% increase in the number of exhibitors. Exhibitor information and application is available on the website.
The increase in space also means there will be four times the amount of programming events. Programming events will include fandoms such as comic books, Marvel and DC film franchises, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, cosplay and more. A speaker application is also available on the website for anyone interested in participating.
Minnesota Fan Fusion will feature twice the number of comic creators and three times the number of celebrity guests over its 2017 event. Both categories will have well-known names, but the event still aims to feature and celebrate the incredible local talent. Traditionally published local creators and authors are encouraged to contact us for more information.
Details on the programming events will be shared over the next month on the Minnesota Fan Fusion social media sites and website. Guest announcements will begin in early April.
