Astronomers in Canada have detected mysterious repeating signals for a second time coming from space.
Coming from an unknown source in space, these signals are called Fast Radio Burst or FRBs.
Inย radio astronomy, aย fast radio burstย (FRB) is a transientย radioย pulse of length ranging from a fraction of a millisecond to a few milliseconds, caused by some high-energy astrophysical process not yet identified.
This newly detected repeating fast radio bursts is called FRB 180814.J0422+73, and is the second of such repeating burst, originating some 1.5 billion light years away in the same area of a previous repeating bursts, FRB121102.
