“Trap to Table: Maine Lobster Live” from New York Launches Maine New Shell Lobster Season

Live Broadcast will highlight star chefs’ recipes and experience with Maine Lobster

WHAT:           

The Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative hosts “Trap to Table: Maine Lobster Live,” an online broadcast that will showcase the sweetest, most tender lobster in the world. Watch live as four culinary leaders discuss everything from what Maine New Shell Lobster is to what it takes to get a lobster from sea to plate to the sustainable fishing practices that have been in place for nearly 150 years.

The live broadcast will also feature:

  • Live taste tests of Maine New Shell Lobster and the chefs’ creations
  • A 125-person live studio audience
  • A sneak peek at the upcoming Trap to Table video series, launching on July 17

It is currently Maine New Shell Lobster Season – the perfect time of year for restaurant chefs and home cooks alike to serve and enjoy flavorful and sustainably-harvested Maine Lobster.
