TWO ASTEROIDS WILL PASS US BY!

Two newly discovered asteroids will sweep passed the Earth. they were both discovered February 5, 2018.

Asteroids 2018CB and 2018 CC will pass closer to the Earth, than the Moon.

These visitors comes on the heels of the  Asteroid 2002 AJ129, which flew passed Earth on Super Bowl Sunday at 10 times the moon’s distance.

Asteroid 2018 CC will pass close to Earth on February 6 at 0.5 lunar distances. It is the ninth known asteroid to fly by Earth within one lunar distance since the start of the year, according to Earth-Sky.org. The Asteroid’s closest point to Earth will be at 1:45 PM Pacific Daylight Time.

Asteroid 2018 CB will pass closest to Earth on February 9 at a distance of 0.17 lunar distances. It is the 10th known asteroid to fly by Earth within one lunar distance since 22018 began. Its closest point to Earth will be at 1:47 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Its speed relative Earth is 5 miles per second.
