Members of the Chamber get Glimpse of Orlando’s Future
MIAMI – Today, Brightline hosted The East Orlando Chamber of Commerce (EOCC) and its Board of Directors and Trustees on a tour of the company’s South Florida Operations from West Palm Beach to Miami. The group of over 30 community and business leaders represents the first Orlando delegation to tour Brightline’s high-speed rail service in 2022. The delegation toured Brightline’s West Palm Beach and MiamiCentral stations to discuss the company’s Orlando extension, slated for completion by the end of 2022, and the future of travel in the state of Florida. The EOCC Board of Directors and Trustees represent key Orlando businesses including Duke Energy, Orlando Health, the University of Central Florida, Nemours, Avalon Park Group, the Suburban Land Reserve, the Orlando Law Group, GreatFlorida Insurance, Trustco Bank, Avalon Insurance Services and Advent Health.
