While Moo-phoria sources organic milk and cream and non-GMO ingredients, what may be of interest to fans is what ISN’T in these light ice creams: sugar substitutes, sugar alcohols, and tons of calories. Each half cup serving of Moo-phoria has 140-160 calories.
The newest Moo-phoria light ice cream pint flavors are:
- Cherry Garcia with a Twist—Cherry and chocolate light ice cream with cherries and fudge flakes; 140 calories per half cup serving.
- Mocha Fudge Brownie—Cold brew mocha light ice cream with fudgy brownies and a toasted marshmallow swirl; 150 calories per half cup serving.
