Let there be light… ice cream! For Ben & Jerry’s fans looking for a little more dairy air, and a little less derriere, Ben & Jerry’s happily unveils four additional light ice cream flavors in its Moo-phoria™ line up. These Moo-phoria pints are jam-packed with all the big chunks and swirls that Ben & Jerry’s fans expect, at a fraction of the fat, calories and sugar found in regular ice cream.

While Moo-phoria sources organic milk and cream and non-GMO ingredients, what may be of interest to fans is what ISN’T in these light ice creams: sugar substitutes, sugar alcohols, and tons of calories. Each half cup serving of Moo-phoria has 140-160 calories.

The newest Moo-phoria light ice cream pint flavors are:

  • Cherry Garcia with a Twist—Cherry and chocolate light ice cream with cherries and fudge flakes; 140 calories per half cup serving.
  • Mocha Fudge Brownie—Cold brew mocha light ice cream with fudgy brownies and a toasted marshmallow swirl; 150 calories per half cup serving.
  • PB Marshmallow—Peanut butter light ice cream with gobs of marshmallow and peanut butter cookies; 160 calories per half cup serving.
  • Chocolate Cookie EnlightenMint—Mint with fudge truffles and chocolate cookies; 160 calories per half cup serving.
