On January 20, 2022, the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s (Authority) Board of Directors approved the Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) and HSR Build Alternative for the approximately 14-mile Burbank to Los Angeles project alignment section. The Board’s actions mark the second certification of an environmental document in the Southern California region.
